HP Crushwell 1 is a specialized high viscosity lubricating oil formulated for sugar mill roll bearings operating under heavy load. With a viscosity range of 28–33 cSt at 100°C, it ensures smooth lubrication while resisting wear and corrosion. This grade is recommended for centralized lubrication systems in sugar mills and is also suitable for open gear lubrication using the slush pan method. It provides excellent protection to heavily loaded bearings, prevents leakage, reduces wear, and ensures smooth lubrication even under demanding sugar mill conditions. The product has a flash point of 204°C which makes it reliable for continuous mill operation.
