IOC PROCESS OIL EXTRA HY

IOC Process Oil EXTRA HY is a heavy bodied and highly aromatic rubber process oil. It is manufactured from carefully chosen aromatic streams formed while extracting solvents for making base oils. The creation of the base stocks for lube possesses a greater importance in comparison to the properties of lubrication for processing of rubber. It forms rubber process oils that belong to a large cluster of petroleum products free of additives and used as helpful supplements in numerous industrial procedures. This oil is made up of 100% petroleum products solely. It is generally used for making tread rubber, automobile tyres and dark colour rubber products such as rubber bushes, battery casings. This dense oil also finds its use in improving the ability of processing of rubber in mixing and milling at comparatively low temperatures. It is likely to be used as plasticizers, carrier oils, processing aids and dust control agents.
