IOC Process Oil Medium is an aromatic rubber process oil having a remarkably high density. It is produced from particular hydrocarbon streams formed during extracting solvent for the creation of lubricating oils. A set of zero additive petroleum substances can be used as helping agents in a large variety of industrial process. The formulation of lubricant base stock results in several rubber process oils belonging to these groups, which makes it a higher priority than greasing properties for processing of rubber. Pure petroleum product makes up this oil. It is mostly used for the manufacture of the tyres of vehicles, tread rubbers along with products like rubber bushes and battery casings. These oils are immensely advantageous in low temperature milling and mixing stages of rubber processing. This oil can be applied as processing aids and carrier oils, as well as agents to control dust and plasticizers.
