Lubrex 460 is basically a mineral flushing oil used to clean the engines before pouring in some fresh oil, you could say it is used as a cleaning agent so that the machines prepares itself for a new clean lubricating oil for better performance. Lubrex 460 is the heaviest among the lubrex series and also the most expensive because of the heavy viscosity index it has. It has a flash point of 240 degrees C, which makes it a very good contender for a part where we could see high temperatures, also has a pour point of 0 degrees, that means we should take care when using this kind of oil in hilly areas or in winters so that the oil does not solidify before the initial analysis of the equipment for the safety of the machine to save any economical losses that the owner or the organization may incur.
