Servo AROL 76 is an aluminum rolling oil in the form of an emulsion. It results in the formation of a milky white emulsion. It is used in the hot rolling of aluminum as a roll coolant and lubricant, among other things. In addition, it delivers a stain-free brilliant rolled surface even after being subjected to high rolling speeds to achieve optimum reduction efficiency. By optimum efficiency, we mean the optimum or ideal level or state of anything refers to the best level or condition that it is capable of achieving in the given situation. It has been specifically designed for the hot rolling of aluminum alloys. Its primary use in the aluminum industry is in high-speed continuous casting machines such as Properzi Mills and Morgan Rod Mills.
