Servo coat 190 is a gear combination, acquired by wielding highly improved steam cylinder greases which have huge thermal and chemical strength.
Used for open wire cables, sequence lubrication and open gears, it is a large and gluey sort of black oil. The deliverance of exceptional adhesiveness is the result of a specialized bituminous element. The central function of Servo coat 190 is the lubrication of a variety of open gears differing from machine tools or small presses to heavy condensed open gears.
It is highly temperature resistant which makes it aptly adequate for lubrication of kiln tyres, wire ropes and chains.
The moments of rare lubrication of open gears at not so regular extents needs that a tiny plate of the oil should be apt to overcome the weight. Cautionary advice is to refrain from using it in food processing industries. Servo Coat 190 contributes a great shelf life making a lubricating coating that guarantees extraordinary security of gear teeth, making it cost-effective. Servo Coat 190 is an excellent example of a safety line against rust and water washing. It also gives great glueyness which minimizes the lubricant cast off .
