Servo Cut 253 is used for deep hole boring and trepanning operations, where pressurised coolant system is used for easy swarf removal.It is based on selected high viscosity index base oils and contains special fatty material and active sulphur in solution.It has pleasant red colour.It is used for deep hole drilling including gun drilling operations,Trepanning operations and Boring operations.It is not used on non-ferrous metals.It is also used in continuous accurate cutting in long work cycle operations.It has minimum mist forming tendency when used in high pressure coolant feed systems.It provides effective cooling and flushing required in deep hole drilling operations. It has good surface finish. It optimizes filter life due to low sludging tendency at operating temperatures. It gives better tool life.
