Servo cut 335 and 345 are chlorinated inactive cutting oils with additives that provide them oiliness and EP qualities. Machining of metallic elements where the process is not too difficult. The addition of chlorine allows these oils to be used in severe pressure – low/moderate temperature cutting processes with large feed rates but low speeds. Gear hobbing, screw cutting, tapping, milling, and reaming are examples of these activities. Assist in maintaining the cutting edge’s sharpness and reducing stress at the cutting point. In the event of cross leakages, it can be employed as a hydraulic and all-purpose lube oil.
