Servo CUT 353

Servo Cut 353 is a sulphur chlorinated cutting oil having low viscosity. It has additives responsible for anti weld properties, which helps in machining of complex shapes with high precisions.As it has low viscosity,it has high cooling and quick swarf removal characteristics.It is used for deep hole boring and drilling of ferrous and ferrous alloys. It gives excellent finish, as it has balanced amount of fat, chlorine and active sulphur, under continuous and long work cycles.It is also used in certain honing operations.It is generally not used for machining of non-ferrous metals.It has very low rust forming tendency when used in high pressure coolant feed systems.It helps to achieve high production rate.It has low sludging tendency which increases filter life.It also has longer tool life.
