Servo CUT AL 23 is a bio-stable fluid which has long service life.It is used for cutting applications of non ferrous metals like aluminium, aluminium alloys and copper. It is also used for ferrous applications like cast Iron(CI), mild steel(MS) and alloy steel.It is a high performance water miscible type of metal working fluid. It does not have chlorine additives and is free from boron and nitrite.It is used for cutting operations on non ferrous and ferrous metals in water-mix form at concentration level of 4-8 (% v/v) respectively. It is mainly used by machining applications of aluminium alloys, cast iron,mild steel and alloy steel.It gives excellent performance in applications such as milling, turning, drilling, and boring on aluminium alloys components in different automotive plants.
