Servo CUT LP is a general purpose noncorrosive type of cutting oil.It is produced for light duty cutting operations.It is synthesized from high quality base stocks and tailor-made additives for longer usage.It is generally used for light duty cutting operations like drilling, milling and grinding.It is synthesized with narrow boiling range base stocks having high initial boiling point (IBP). The evaporation rate is reduced by using higher boiling base stock.Hence,reduces oil consumption.It has inherent oiliness property to reduce friction. It keeps the work piece and cutting tool at lower temperature and prevents overheating of tool and work piece. It gives longer tool life and excellent surface finish.It is mainly used in the engineering and Auto ancillary industries.
