Servo CUT GR is a soluble cutting oil, which forms a milky stable emulsion with water.It fulfills the engineering industry’s demand of soluble cutting oil for cutting operations.It is used for multi-tool set-ups in profile grinding, where the stable emulsion allows cutting tools to give better performance. Stable and long lasting emulsion can be formed by adding oil to water and not vice versa.While preparing the emulsion,continuous stirring is needed for homogeneous and complete dispersion of oil in water.For machining operations it should be used in the concentration of 3% whereas for grinding operations,more dilute emulsion is used.
