Specifically designed for cold rolling operations of aluminum sheets, strips, and foils, Aluminum Rolling Oil is a high-quality mineral oil. Because of their low evaporation rates and high IBP, narrow boiling ranges are more environmentally friendly (Roll Coolant) considerably. Servo-FORM-ARS is the perfect water emulsion variety of rolling oil for aluminum. It creates a white emulsion with a milky texture. Aluminum hot rolling may benefit from the use of this coolant and lubricant. For 24 hours, the emulsion has to be formed at 5% in water with a hardness of 250 ppm CaCO3. As a result, it extends the life of the roll and protects it from wear. It prevents corrosion. It may also be used as a disinfectant.
