Servo EP 00 is a grease that is a lithium soap base product of a premium quality that contains an extreme pressure additive. This product is specially formulated to meet the requirements of an EP grease for boundary lubrication conditions which helps in preventing too much wear and tear, localized welding or seizure that are usually the result of severe operating conditions. This product has excellent shear stability, superior oxidation stability with the capacity for carrying high load and gives protection against corrosion and rust. It is recommended for plain and anti-friction bearings, both, in various applications like automotive and earth moving equipment, gear couplings, electric motors, mining equipment and general industrial machinery. This grease has excellent dispensing properties at low and high temperature and guarantees trouble-free lubrication with centralized lubrication system. It also protects machine elements from uncontrolled wear. It also helps in resisting water washout which ensures extended lubrication intervals. This grease is NLGI (National Lubricating Grease Institute) grade 00 denoting 400-430 worked penetration.
