Servo Knit Clean 22 Plus is a stain-free knitting machinery oil specifically designed for automatic circular knitting machines in modern knitting Industry. The oil has special properties which provide excellent scourability performance It can self-remove stains in both hot and cold water scouring conditions. This oil can also be used by manual oiling as well as mist lubrication devices in knitting machines and is suitably chosen to be used for cotton and synthetic blend fabrics. It is also known to have energy-saving potential by following procedures of cold scouring by the knitting mills. Servo Knit Clean 22 Plus is the formulation of a blend of coloured mineral base oils which are fortified with a selected additive package that certain or guarantee superior self-cleaning of stains including improved quality of knitted fabrics. It provides excellent anti-rust and anti-wear properties. It also gives improved lubrication of moving parts and good oxidation stability. It also possesses excellent non-foaming and mist lubricating properties.
