Servo Marine Gear EP 150 is a gear lubricant of a high quality. Sulphur-phosphorus forms the basis of this product’s chemistry. The conventional lead-naphthenate oils have low thermal stability and oxidation when compared to this product. Therefore, it results in extended service life. It possesses the ability of separating oil from water in addition to preventing high foaming possibility. While protecting metal surfaces from rust and corrosion, it reduces the tendency of the formation of sludge and deposits, even when the system is working at high bulk oil temperatures . This product retains the high load carrying capacity and can be used for all sorts of enclosed gear drives that possess circulation and splash lubrication. It is also used for such gear sets that are used for working under heavy and shock load situations. The use of this product is usually up taken for systems that involve gears, plain and roller bearings, slide surfaces, chain drives etc.
It meets standards such as AGMA standard 250.04, ASLE standard G-315 etc.
