Servo Marine Gear EP 320 is a modern gear lubricant. This product consists of sulphur-phosphorous constituents which induce thermal stability and defend against corrosion across a range of metal types. It is of a high quality which is formulated on sulphur phosphorous chemistry. One of the improved characteristics of this lubricant is demulsibility characteristics and foam formation of a low tendency. It secures the metal faces against corrosive damage and also reduces the sludge and deposit formation during high bulk oil temperatures. Imparted with high load carrying capacity, this lubricant is also useful for gears working under heavy or shock load circumstances. It can also be applied in a broad range of enclosed gear drives that have splash lubrication systems. When compared to conventional lead naphthenate oils, this oil gives better and high resistance against oxidation and towards breaking under heat stress which leads to a prolonged service life. It can also be used for systems that have plain bearings, sliding surfaces, sprockets, etc.

Meets a number of standards including AGMA 250.04 and Cincinnati Milacron. USA specification No. P-63, P-76, P-77, P-74, P-59 & P-35 respectively.
