Servo MARINE K 5040

Servo Marine K 5040 as the name suggest is used in the marine industry as an engine oil. This oil can be used in medium speed trunk pistons, so what is a trunk piston anyways. It refers to the trunk of the engines and acts as a crosshead. It handles the pressure caused by the adjoining rod and transmits it to different parts of the engine. In marine industry this is used in the propulsions of the machine. Marine K 5040 has excellent efficiency to handle asphalt. This oil as per my view is one of the finest productions by IOCL in the marine sector and solves the purpose very well for the marine industry. That said there are various substitutes of this oil by other companies like valoline, castrol and hp to name a few, but SERVO is a brand and there is none like it in the market. To wrap it up the Marine K series has been specially developed by IOCL and a lot of R & D was involved while making this oil.
