Servo Mesh XP 220 is an extreme pressure type of industrial gear lubricant.It is mainly produced for modern gear boxes to protect from micropitting. It has excellent shock loading, thermal stability and oxidation resistance over conventional gear oils.It has good demulsibility characteristics and low foaming tendency.It also protects metal surfaces from rust and corrosion.It is used in the applications where higher load bearing characteristics are required and which may be subjected to micropitting that is heavily loaded industrial gear boxes including planetary gear boxes. It can also be used in gear sets working under heavy or shock load conditions.It is particularly used in cement mill applications. It meets AGMA 9005 E-02, US Steel requirement No.224, DIN 51517 CLP Part 3, David Brown S1.53.101, Cincinnati Milacron, USA, SEB 181 – 226 Specifications.
