Servo Mesh XP 460 is an industrial gear lubricant, extreme pressure type, used for modern gear boxes such as a planetary gear boxes. It guards them from micro pitting, which is a surface damage that occurs in high rolling systems due to cyclical contact and the plastic flux of the roughness. It resists high temperature and corroding element thus providing anti-oxidant property. It has the capability to separate water from oil and defies formation of foam. The lubricant is adopted in gear set subjected to continuously shock load or heavy conditions. This oil is extensively used by cement plants. It fulfils the DIN 51517 CLP Part 3, David Brown S1.53.101, Cincinnati Milacron, USA, SEB 181 – 226 Specifications. It has a viscosity index of 95, which defines how much its viscosity varies with reference to temperature.
