Servo Power Steer ALT is a power steering fluid recommended for Ashok Leyland Vehicles. It is compatible with seal materials which are used in transmission systems. This fluid retains the characteristics of dispersancy, anti-wear, defoamer and also imparts anti-oxidation and desired friction. This fluid has a high Viscosity index and low pour point which results in the silent and smooth operation of the hydraulic equipment in all weather conditions. It also allows slow and gradual engagement of the clutch plates during the shift of the transmission due to retaining low co-efficient of friction. It also ensures long and trouble-free life of gears, bearing and other lubricated parts including minimisation of formation of sludge and varnish and also protects against rust during the idle stay.
