Servo Quench 207 is a cold quenching oil formulated for moderately faster-quenching speed including accelerated quenching of carbon-silicon steel, suitable for batch type controlled atmospheric furnace for quenching of nuts, bolts, chains, carbon tool, etc made of carbon-silicon steel. This oil works as a quenching medium that is used in an automated heat treatment furnace and is recommended for continuous furnace used for carburising and forging of steel. It is formulated by blending specific additives and paraffinic base oil which are highly refined. It has extraordinary oxidation stability and better thermal stability; fluidity is higher and volatility is lower. There is a guarantee for the cleanliness of the quenching system and it drag-out lesser on mechanical components making a decrease in oil consumption and along with this it also makes the life of equipment long and helps metal components to make them uniformly harder by assisting these parts.
