Servo Quench C 11 is straight mineral oil of high quality designed for operations of general-purpose metal quenching. It can be used for all normal quenching operations done over a wide variety of steel which helps to give the desired uniform hardness to components without causing distortions. It has normal characteristics of quenching. It is formulated with specially selected high viscosity index base stocks that possess good oxidation stability, fluidity and low volatility. Servo Quench C11 gives accelerated quenching properties to the oil which helps meet specific end-use requirements due to being incorporated with a polar additive. The incorporation of the special compound agent helps the oil improve the ability to wet, therefore, providing with faster initial cooling for optimum hardness and slow cooling for stress relief is ensured by the base oil in the final stage giving distortion free results. It also gives a longer service life.
