Servo Quench F1 is a high viscosity ultra fast speed quenching oil having special performance additives. It is a high quality oil used for heat treatment operations on metal components with demand of high speed quenching. It is synthesized from selected base stocks having excellent oxidation stability, good thermal stability and low volatility.It is in use in M&M plant at Mumbai.It is a cold quenching oil used in fast quenching applications of special grade steel. It is also used for hardening of components in automobile and light engineering industries. It is mainly used for hardening of Bull gear,Bull shaft, Crown & pinion where high speed quenching is needed. It gives better result when used in oil baths where the temperature goes upto 80 deg C (max.).
