Servo Quench HS is a high quality and low viscosity quenching oil. It is used for heat treatment operations on metal components with demand of high speed quenching. It is synthesized from selected hydrotreated base stocks having excellent oxidation stability, good thermal stability, high fluidity and low volatility.It is used in fast quenching applications. It helps in hardening of components in automobile and light engineering industries. It is mainly used for hardening of bolts, set screws, crankshafts, axles camshafts,steering arms and brake drums, plates where high speed quenching is needed.
