Servo RP 105 WD is an oil that prevents rust. It is available in dark brown tone. The oil is a solvent deposited oil and displaces water well. Containing oil-soluble surface-active agents, it is dissolved in a carefully selected solvent with particular corrosion-preventive and film-forming components. It has a superb ability to replace water from wet metal surfaces and forms a uniform continuous oily film, further giving a low maintenance cost. The method of application suitable for the oil is by dipping or spraying at room temperature. It helps in removing the water sticking to the surfaces that are metallic when such a component is immersed in this. This oil is usually used for fast drying of the metallic components and to give protection to them such as wires, tubes etc. The oil is readily removed by applying alkaline cleaners. With an indoor rust protection for as long as 12 moths, this oil is readily adopted for application in indoor conditions. Moreover, this oil offers a coverage of 200 sq. meters per liter and exhibits a kinematic viscosity range from 11 to 19 cSt.
