Servo RP 106 WD is a superb quality oil that has the tendency of forming invariable and consistent oily film even after evaporation of the solvent, thus giving a lower maintenance cost. It is of a dark brown colour. It is known for displacing water very well. It is also known as a rust preventive oil. This oil possesses surface-acitve agents that are oil-soluble which dissolve is a specific chosen solvent fortified with components that help in corrosion prevention and film forming as well. This oil can be applied at room temperature by any of the methods such as dipping or spray method. Water that sticks to the surfaces (metallic) is removed by an oily film on the immersion of the metallic component in this oil. Recommended for fast drying and protection of metallic components for example wires, tubes, bearings, flat product, pressed panels. It can easily be removed with organic solvents and alkaline cleaners. This product possesses a flash point of 56 deg C and kinematic viscosity equal to 21.
