Servo RP 116 BX

Servo RP 116 BX is rust preventive oil that is bitumen based. It is often diluted with solvents of volatile nature in order to aid the application. On applying on metal components, the solvent quickly evaporates and leaves a hard, thick and firm film stuck on the surface. As a result, it gives long lasting outdoor protection to metallic surfaces of all types. It also protects tubes, steel rods, wires, assemblies, water tanks, castings and industrial plant structures. This RP oil is of water displacement type. It is widely used in the engineering industries to protect ferrous components against rust. The oil also agrees with other metals. Specification IS-1153-2000 which is of solvent deposited, hard film, and corrosion preventives type oils, is met by this oil.
