Servo RP 200 is a rust preventive lubricant, non solvent type and light bodied containing special additives to give exceptional protection against rusting. It is highly viscous, barium free with excellent lubricating properties for drawing operations. It has been specially developed for protection of steel components. Oil film from the steel can be removed using vapour degreasing agents, alkaline cleaners and petroleum solvents.
Servo RP 200 is applied at room temperature by roller coating, spray or dipping method. Used for long term protection from rust during storage and transportation of steel components. When compared to other Servo RP Lubricants, it gives thicker oil film thus ensuring great protection during storage and drawing operations.
