Servo SPARK 2

Servo Spark 2 is the working fluid in Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), also called as Spark erosion machining. It provides uniform insulation and controlled electrical discharge at the breakdown voltage.It acts as an insulator between tool & work-piece, a spark conductor, a coolant and a flushing medium for Chip removal.It is used for insulation in between the tool and the work-piece as a special di-electric fluid. It is used for insulation and to control di-electric discharge during electric discharge machining operations. The low viscosity of the oil gives good circulation through the spark gap and quick removal and settling of metal fines.It is used for plunge or ram electrical discharge machining and Glass grinding.
