Servo STEEROL 22 (J) L is a cold rolling oil.It is synthesized with highly refined base oils of high flash point, low sulphur and low aromatic content. It consist of selected additives which enhances the performance. Non staining EP additives are used to give clean sheets.It provides desirable co-efficient of friction between the roll bites depending upon the type of metal surface, roll diameter, rolling speed and percentage reduction.It is used for cold rolling of carbon & stainless steel and alloys in Sendzimer and Sundwig multi roller mills like 4 Hi, 6 Hi and 20 Hi Mills.It is also used where lubrication of bearings of intermediate roll and work roll are with the same oil. This oil is used for high surface quality, enhanced reduction and clean sheets.
