Servo STEEROL SS C25 is a water emulsion base semi synthetic type of rolling oil.It is synthesized with highly refined base stock and performance based additives. It forms a metastable and long lasting emulsion with water.It has an excellent cooling and friction reducing properties. It is used in 6 HI Cold Rolling Mills. It provides desirable co-efficient of friction between the Roll bites. The concentration of oil in emulsion depends upon the degree of surface finish, Roll diameter, rolling speed and percentage reduction.It is approved by M/s. Bhushan Steel, Sahibabad to use in their reversible 6 Hi- Cold Rolling Mill (FPE) where exit gauge reduction upto 0.10 mm is done.
