Servo Steerol SS C28 is a premium-grade semi-synthetic cold rolling oil designed to deliver exceptional performance in Tandem Cold Rolling Mills. It is formulated using highly refined base stocks and superior performance-enhancing additives that ensure outstanding lubrication, film stability, and cooling efficiency. When mixed with water, it forms a stable, long-lasting emulsion that exhibits excellent cooling and friction-reducing properties, essential for high-speed cold rolling operations. The oil minimizes friction between roll bites, resulting in reduced roll force, improved rolling precision, and consistent sheet thickness. Its enhanced emulsion stability allows smooth and continuous rolling, preventing the formation of deposits on rolls and maintaining high surface cleanliness of the finished sheet.
