Servo STEEROL SS C28 is a water emulsion base semi synthetic type of rolling oil.It is synthesized with highly refined base stock and performance based additives. It forms a metastable and long lasting emulsion with water.It has an excellent cooling and friction reducing properties.It is used in Tandem Cold Rolling Mills. It provides desirable coefficient of friction between the roll bites.The concentration of oil in emulsion depends upon the degree of surface finish, roll diameter,rolling speed and percentage reduction.It is approved by M/s. SAIL Bokaro Steel to use in their CRM – 4 Hi 5 Stand Tandem Mill (II),M/s. SAIL Rourkela Steel to use in their CRM – 4 Hi 5 Stand Tandem Mill and M/s SAIL Rourkela Steel to use in 4 Hi reversing mill (SPM).
