Servo Synth 2 is a water soluble synthetic grinding fluid. The solutions produced from this fluid is clear and free from any oil or fatty substance. It has exceptional anti-rust property. It is used for grinding of only ferrous metals, high nickel and titanium alloys. It is of a special value when grinding open grain cast irons, which rust quickly after being machined. Dilution range varies from 1:40 min. to 1:100 max. Higher concentrations do not give production benefits but may lead to slight discolouration of workers skin. It gives longer service life to grinding wheels in between re-dressings. It has longer life and the solution maintains clarity throughout the service.It does not give skin irritation when used in dilution range.It meets IS:11186-1985 reaffirmed 1990 standards.
