Servo Synth 5 is a water soluble synthetic grinding fluid. The solutions prepared from this fluid is clear and free from any oil or fatty substance. It has excellent anti-rust property. It has a special chemical inhibitor, which protects cuprous metal components of machines tools.It is used for grinding operations of Iron-Steel, Non-alloyed Steels and Nickel Chromium Steels. It should not be used for grinding aluminium, zinc, copper or magnesium alloys, tin or cadmium coated parts.Dilution range varies from 1:40 min. to 1:100 max. Higher concentrations does not give production benefits but may lead to slight discolouration of workers skin.It gives longer service life to grinding wheels in between re-dressings.It does not give skin irritation when used in proper dilution range.It meets IS:11186-1985 reaffirmed 1990 standards.
