Cut 16 is a stable semi-synthetic cutting fluid for use on cast iron , mild steel and alloy steel, Servo SYNTH CUT 16 is designed for cutting and grinding applications. Water-miscible metal working fluid with outstanding performance. It contains no chlorine and is devoid of nitrosamine and nitrite. Excellent swarf-removal and flushing capabilities are provided. It is utilized in water solutions at a mixture level of 2 to 4 & 3 to 5 (v/v) for ferrous metal grinding and cutting activities. For applications of CI, MS, and alloy steel, it is especially useful. In two automobile OEM factories, it improves the performance of applications such as grinding, milling, and turning on steel components.
