Servo SYNTH NF 15 is a water soluble synthetic cutting fluid. The solutions prepared from this fluid is fully clear liquid with greenish fluorescence and free from any oil or fatty matter. It has excellent anti rust and anti corrosion property. It has a chemical inhibitor, which is free from Nitrite & Amine.It is used for cutting of ferrous metals, high nickel and titanium alloys only. It is particularly used for cutting of cast iron, which tends to rust quickly after being machined. It is used for cutting operation of Iron-Steel, Non-alloyed Steels and Nickel Chromium Steel.It is not used for cutting aluminium, zinc, copper or magnesium alloys,tin or cadmium coated parts.The water and oil proportion is 1:10.It is particularly used by industries which are concerned regarding environmental and toxicological risk.It meets the requirement of M/s. Tata Steel and Jindal Steel.
