Servo system 100, a hydraulic oil which can be used in the gears of machines, the lubrication can be done using bath and ring oiling techniques. Ring oil system is another antique way of lubrication where a metal ring is placed on the shaft. As the shaft rotates, the ring gets the oil and moves it to the shaft which in turn lubricates the bearing. In oil bath lubrication, the bearing is immersed in the oil, it is simple and used for low speed applications, but there are downsides of such a lubrication, as we all know, oil is flammable, so if there is any leakage, there are very high chances of catching fire and thus it makes it risky to use oil bath lubrication where there is a lot friction involved, but in some cases it can be used. 85 percent of the bearing is surrounded with oil which lubricates as it rotates. System 100 is thicker than system 68 and is also expensive, This type of lubricant in used in cement industries and special hydraulic equipment with large hydraulic systems. It has superb capacity to prevent foam and corrosion and is also anti-wear.
