Servo System 121 an exceptional hydraulic circulation oil used in lubrication of gears and bearings of coal pulverizers. Coal Pulverizers convert the rock coal into powder so that it can be further used in energy and heat producing machines. Coal is pulverized so that it gives more heat or energy for lesser amount of coal, thus making the whole process efficient. System 121 can also be used for appliances where rock is crushed into pieces. This oil can also be used in plastic film calendars, since this oil has marvelous tendency to prevent the piling up of harmful chemicals. By doing so it increases the life span of the machines as well as increases the drain interval of the oil. the oil doesn’t let the foam to be formed. Lets say a lubricant of some X brand was used which could not prevent the formation of foam, what would happen in that case. Well the air bubbles in the oil can create problems like cavities and oxidation, thus reducing the whole purpose of lubrication and could even damage the equipment with a fatal failure which would incur huge losses due to poor lubricant selected for this purpose.
