Servo system 150 is a hydraulic oil having a viscosity of 150 at 40 degree Celsius. This oil reduces the noise created by machines and has minimal erratic actuator response. When water and air contamination occur in the hydraulic systems, it affects the hydraulic performance very badly. The hydraulic pump is the main part of such machines. System 150 makes sure that performance of the hydraulics remain stable. Usually when noise starts coming in from the machine that is indication that air is entering the system which can lead to cavitation. This air can also greases the wear due to the immense pressure by the air bubbles in it, which in turn can increase the temperature of the machine. This causes the hydraulic oil to degrade at a higher rate. When water enters the system, the hydraulic oil turn milky white, this can cause corrosion in the equipment and reduces the life span of the machine. at cold places, water could freeze creating even more complicated situations related to wear and tear of the machine. If you find any of the situations in your machine you should immediately contact the OEM or get your machine serviced to safe it from fatal damages.
