Servo system 22 is a hydraulic and a circulation oil recommended as fluid media for hydraulic systems and pumps for stationary as well as mobile equipment even when operating under severe conditions. It is also recommended to be used for gears of Industrial machinery in requirement of a long life lubricant and circulation, splash, bath and ring oiling systems of the bearings, plain as well as anti-friction. This oil has been formulated to give efficient lubrication to a wide variety of industrial
equipment. This oil is prepared from a blend of highly refined base stocks in addition with carefully selected antioxidant, anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-foam additives. This oil can also be used for chain drives and compressor crankcase lubrication. It is not suitable for lubrication of turbines and silver or silver coated components present in any equipment.
It is an excellent anti-wear giving long service life to the moving parts, possesses high film strength properties that help it in minimizing friction and wear. It also provides protection against rust and has excellent resistance towards oxidation resulting in reduced incidents of corrosion and prolonged service life. It also consists of properties that help it possess reduced tendency to foam which in return minimizes chances of noisy operation and erratic actuator response.
