Servo System 46 is the 2nd most used system hydraulic oil in India, used as a lubricant for the hydraulic equipment and pumps, this oil enhances the life span of the appliance and has been specifically designed to give exceptional lubrication on all kind of facets of machinery. the oil as usual has great endurance to prevent corrosion, rust and foam. The main purpose of any hydraulic oil is to transfer power smoothly when mechanics of the machine are on the go. System 46 during such an operation prevent the formation of foam and gives great hydrolytic stability. Let’s take an example of V-belt, the tension in the belt should be maintained such that minimum power is used for the amount of some work. The belt should not slip and to maintain that, an efficient lubricant should be used in the system of it. An example of perfect hydraulic oil would be one that has infinite stiffness and one which exhibits viscosity of 25 cst at any given operating temperature, but we can only wish that such a lubricant did exist because in real world such a lubricant does not exist. With all this data it suffices to say that hydraulic oils should have properties that give great service life to the machine and give more productivity at a lesser cost.
