Servo system 81 is one of those hydraulic oils used in the hydraulic equipment’s of the machine that needs an oil of viscosity ISO VG 81. This oil can also be used in mobile applications. It can also be used in gears of industrial machines where it fulfills the needs of splash and bath oiling systems. For those of you who don’t have an idea of what splash lubrication is, it is an old system where neither oil pump nor filter is used. A Rod with a scoop at the end is used to dip in the lubricant and then splashed towards the cylinders of the machine to create a mist which become droplets. These droplets then move to different parts such as bearings and thus lubricate it. This type of method is cheap, but does not provide an efficient way of lubrication as would have been using other techniques. System 81 is created from super fine base oils and prevents the formation of foam and rust on the machine. It can also be used for chain drives and compressor crankcase purposes. A compressor crankcase is an air compressor the has a crankshaft which migrates the rotation of the motor to the piston. The piston as we know compresses the air through the mechanical movement and to reduce the wear and tear, this type of lubrication comes in handy to prevent the damage that could have been caused in the absence of such a lubricant.
