Servo Tak 40 is an open gear compound made of bituminous base with noninflammable diluent. This lubricant has a great load carrying capacity and a very low pour point, which makes is efficient where low temperature exists. It gives superb protection of gear and teeth and other parts of the machines. It forms a strong adhesive layer of the surface of the metal, which doesn’t squeeze during usage neither does it harden of come off in low temperatures. It is used in Ring Gears / Girth Gears on Cement Kilns and pallet plant of Steel Mill, Mine and quarry shovel, Dragline as well as in stacker and reclaimer, Racks and pinions, swing gears, stickers.
