Servo Therm Super oil is a mineral oil specially developed for use in heat transfer in Industrial application. It possesses high viscosity Index characteristics with superior thermal and oxidation stability. It also has low volatility and vapour pressure, to serve well-designed heat transfer systems with long and trouble-free service life. For indirect or secondary heating in Industry, this oil is recommended being used as a fluid medium in different types of heat transfer systems. It provides rapid heating accompanied by superior flexibility in heat transfer systems due to possessing high specific heat and better thermal conductivity at all temperatures. Suitable for use in closed and open type heat transfer systems, this oil has high resistance against thermal cracking, therefore, maintaining the efficiency of heat transfer even while subjected to recurring high and low cycles of temperature.
Before charging the heat transfer system with Servo Therm Super oil, the system must be thoroughly cleaned and freed from contaminants like dust, rust and residue of welding operations by flushing. It should also dry and be free from moisture before the oil is used.
