Servo Transfluid A is a transmission fluid, reddish in colour, formulated to meet General Motors automatic transmission specifications such as Type A Suffix A, TEX-122 of Detroit Diesel Alison, TEML 03 of ZF, Germany and DBL-6623-10 of Diamler Chrysler, and is also compatible with seal materials. It is a fluid having low co-efficient of friction which ensures smooth clutch operations contributing to long life of gears and other parts. It also maintains cleanliness and protects the idle parts against rust. It is recommended for use in synchromesh gear boxes, and automobiles and light trucks with Type A Sufix A specification for automatic transmissions and power steering units. It is generally suitable for all climatic conditions due to its high viscosity index and low pour point and acts as a low-wear fluid as well. This fluid also acts as an exceptional defoamer and dispersant which helps in smooth operations of the hydraulic equipment and also helps fight against corrosion.
