Servo CUT S 700

Servo Cut S 700 is a water soluble type superior quality cutting oil. Produces a rich white textural emulsion even with hard water. Servocut S-700 is recommended at a concentration of 5% in normal water (150-200 ppm water hardness) for machining and cutting operations. Use 2 to 4% concentration for grinding application. Servocut S-700 exhibits improved emulsion stability, cast iron corrosion protection and bio-stability characteristics at high water hardness (700 ppm) in comparison to conventional soluble cutting oils. Servocut S-700 meets IS : 1115-1986 specifications (Reaffirmed 1996).
