Servo Quench 707 is an outstandingly high-quality quenching oil which has low viscosity hence it is suitable for operating heat treatment on the metal parts of equipment with greater demand being accelerated by the rate of quenching. The formulation of this oil is formed by blend of special base stocks with lower sulphur content that has amazing oxidative stability property and excellent thermal stability property; with higher fluidity and lower volatility. The recommendation for this oil is in accelerated quenching of various components of steel. Its other usefulness is in quenching bolts, ball bearings, nuts and other higher-speed tools of steel and many other parts after they are being carbonitrided. Cleansing of quenching oil system is guaranteed. It has a property of lower drag-out on parts of machines that help to decrease the consumption of oil. All these properties make it efficient to provide equipment with a greater serving life for a longer duration. Also, it provides uniform hardness to metal components.
