Servo RUBBESS 70

Servo RUBBESS 70  is a rubber process oil. It is an ASTN 104 and paraffinic type of oil. The formulation of oil is formed by using solvent extracted and highly refined base stocks with a lesser concentration of sulphur. The recommendation for its use is in the manufacture of synthetic and natural rubber products. It helps in decreasing milling time and milling temperature that ultimately cause a reduction in power consumption. It imparts good air retention and low heat build-up ability. It is most useful in manufacturing units of the automotive tube because of the above-mentioned properties. Mainly used for the compounding of butyl rubber and affects its final properties by enhancing both its elongation as well as tear strength in crude product and ageing property in the finished product.
